Dr. Bruk Haile Shemer is the founder and chairman of B&C Group. A qualified architect and business leader, he founded B&C Aluminium in 2002 and has built the group's six entities through their formative years — across manufacturing, real estate, natural resources, and entertainment.
Beyond the operating businesses of the group, he is also the leading shareholder of Hibret Bank — one of Ethiopia's foremost financial institutions — extending the group's influence into the country's financial sector.
