B&C Group is a multi-continent holding company operating across construction, aluminium manufacturing, urban real estate, bottled water, and consumer entertainment — built over twenty years from a single workshop in Addis Ababa into seven distinct businesses.
Each entity within B&C Group operates under its own brand, leadership, and operational identity — united by shared standards, shared infrastructure, and a single founding vision.
The group's construction arm and its largest entity by scale. Delivering large-format building projects across Ethiopia, from residential developments to commercial infrastructure — drawing on the group's two decades of expertise in aluminium, fittings, and architectural systems.
The founding business of the group. A leading provider of aluminium frames, curtain walls, and composite panels — contributing to modern liquid-glass architecture across Africa and the Middle East.
One of Ethiopia's leading bottled mineral water producers. Distributed locally and internationally, with a sustained commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
An entertainment and gaming destination bringing world-class leisure experiences to the Ethiopian market — a deliberate move into consumer entertainment alongside the group's industrial businesses.
A premier UK provider of precision aluminium manufacturing for doors, windows, and architectural structures. Built on cutting-edge CNC technology and a reputation for accuracy and durability.
A real estate development and management company specialising in urban revitalisation. A portfolio of 15+ properties, transforming underdeveloped areas into vibrant communities.
The group's North American foothold. A specialist in fabricating high-quality windows, doors, curtain walls, and architectural products, backed by two decades of worldwide experience.
"From a single aluminium business in Addis Ababa to a multi-continent group — our growth reflects two decades of conviction."
Dr. Bruk Haile Shemer is the founder and chairman of B&C Group. A qualified architect and business leader, he founded B&C Aluminium in 2002 and has built the group's six entities through their formative years — across manufacturing, real estate, natural resources, and entertainment.
Beyond the operating businesses of the group, he is also the leading shareholder of Hibret Bank — one of Ethiopia's foremost financial institutions — extending the group's influence into the country's financial sector.
